事件描述

该索道为单线循环固定抱索器脉动吊厢组式索道。索道全线斜长567米,高差312米,沿途共有8个支架,12个吊厢(3个吊厢一组,共4组)。

在日常巡检过程中,发现辅机下端齿轮接触部位在运转过程中存在异响,后来加大巡检力度,对辅机下端齿轮部位进行不定期的测温和巡视。索道停运后对辅机齿轮轴承部位的螺栓进行紧固检查,通过几天的观察,温度在正常范围内,异响依然存在,尝试给齿轮轴承注入润滑脂,但是没有注油孔。

处理过程

通过与辅机厂家进行问题沟通,厂家初步认为是齿轮轴承的问题。经过请示领导决定,将索道停运一天,对辅机下端齿轮轴承进行更换。在厂家到来之前我们索道召开会议,制定更换方案,针对可能出现的问题进行了讨论,准备工具为:3吨手拉葫芦两台,46mm套筒一把,大锤一把,打磨机、打磨头、手电钻、活口扳手、吊装带、砂纸等。

厂家到来后,开始了对辅机齿轮轴承的拆卸工作,首先切断电源,利用下班时间机电人员对辅机电机、减速机进行拆解。准备工作全部到位后,厂家和机电人员开始拆卸工作,在检修大梁悬挂吊装带,把3吨手拉葫芦安装好,将电机与减速机的固定螺栓拆除,把吊装带环绕电机一圈后与手拉葫芦固定牢固,检查确认没有问题后,缓慢的升起手拉葫芦,将电机放在检修平台;然后,将减速机的紧固螺栓拆除,把固定在减速机的吊装带与手拉葫芦紧固好,将减速机放在检修平台;临末将另一台3吨手拉葫芦通过吊装带悬挂在检修大梁上,通过钢丝绳连接在辅机下端的螺孔内,把钢丝绳和手拉葫芦固定牢固,用套筒把轴承端盖下端与机台紧固在一起的螺栓拆除,标记各个螺孔的原始位置,缓慢起吊手拉葫芦,把下端整体抬起,通过手拉葫芦将刚才整体拆卸的部位送至站台。用拔轮器将辅机齿轮拆卸下来,标记小齿轮的原始位置;将轴承端盖打开通过拔轮器取出轴承,进行维护保养,生锈的部位进行除锈打磨。在端体的两个侧面对着用手电钻打两个和黄油咀大小的孔,这两个孔正好在轴承的中间位置,用丝锥扩孔后,分别按上黄油咀,这样上下两轴承就能注入润滑脂,得到充分润滑。安装新的轴承型号为:32038X2,内径为:300*300*65mm,通过新开的油孔注入润滑脂,将端盖紧固,按原来的位置安装小齿轮,通过手拉葫芦将下端整体升起按原来的位置安装好,并且调整大齿圈与小齿轮啮合的位置,紧固螺栓,确认没有问题后开机缓慢试车,如果发现运行过程中大齿圈与小齿轮啮合的不充分,停机重新调整位置,直至大齿圈与小齿轮充分啮合,没有异响的时候紧固螺栓,依次安装减速机、电机,减速机安装完成后紧固所有螺栓、安装电缆线。把工具收拾好开机试车,发现异响消失,启动辅机,空载索道运转20min,索道正常运行,无异常情况。

分析

由于本索道的辅机齿轮的部位和大齿圈不是分离的,主机运转的过程中大齿圈和齿轮都是整体运转的,这样就加大了齿轮之间的磨损。辅机下端轴承部位没有注油孔,轴承在长期运转过程中没有得到充分润滑,使轴承造成损伤。

结论

因辅机齿轮轴承在长期高速运转过程中没有定期进行维护保养引起设备异响。

建议

好通过厂家和有关设计人员探讨,进行技术改进。将辅机齿轮和驱动轮大齿圈分离,需要转动辅机时,通过调整辅机齿轮和大齿圈啮合,不需要时进行分离,这样可以减少齿轮之间的磨损,提高辅机齿轮轴承部分的使用寿命。索道要想安全有效的运行,必须加强对索道设备进行定期的检修维护工作。维护工作应该制度化、规范化、常态化,杜绝安全事故的发生,让每一位乘坐索道观光的游客都获得安全保障,进一步提高索道安全性和经济效益,确保索道长远可持续发展。
