型号分别为ZJP一1200B和ZJP一600B罗茨泵组 ,每次添加机油都须停车,影响生产。从结构中可以发现,同步导向齿轮箱与罗茨泵泵腔是通过内部的油封来密封的。

罗茨泵运转后在泵腔内形成一定的真空度,齿轮箱与泵腔会产生压差,在压差的作用下润滑油会顺着油封进入泵腔,只有当齿轮箱与泵腔内的压力平衡时,润滑油才会停止进入。

随着罗茨泵长时间运转,齿轮箱的润滑油会逐渐被吸入泵腔内,显示油液低于标准液位,这时必须停机,从润滑油添加孔加注机油,否则齿轮箱内的润滑油会因大气与泵腔内产生的压差,迅速吸入到泵腔内。

针对这种情况,考虑采取连通齿轮箱与罗茨泵入口的方式来平衡压差 ,使泵腔与齿轮箱保持相同的真空度。在润滑油添加孔处安装一个特制的大型油杯,油杯为聚四氟乙烯车削而成,为避免因油杯孔泄漏导致真空度降低的问题,在油杯下部安装一个隔离球阀。

罗茨泵运转时,油杯下侧球阀为开启状态,一旦罗茨泵液位降低需添加润滑油时,则关闭球阀,打开油杯顶部的螺纹密封盖进行加注。

改进后,罗茨泵添加润滑油时不再停机,既可保证设备运行,也解决了停机影响生产的问题。
