我们设备上的主电机，是原装进口的75HP电机，近期出现了轴承老是跑位现象。
情况是这样的：电机一直运作正常，在一次检修时加了一次油，之后一星期内2台电机，出现了轴承跑位现象，当时电机温度，短时间内上升到100多度。拆开之后发现正常内圈向外跑位。之后火焰喷涂修复转子。
大家碰到过没有？请问大家为什么会出现这种情况？大家都是怎样保养电机的！更换轴承用什么工具呀？怎么预防和检查呀！之前我一直监测电机的温度和振动都没有问题呀！对了前轴承是NU217，后轴承是6213， 是前轴承跑位！看图：
电友A：你把轴给弄淡了，用样冲在电机轴镶轴承的地方，均匀的砸一圈麻点再镶上轴承，用锁固胶锁住就搞定了，再修时不用把轴承拿下来，用柴油清洗完后均匀涂抹黄油就OK了。
电友B：内圈窜动说明轴向受力，应检查电机安装面是否倾斜、皮带传动的话是否主从轮未处于同一平面上，轴颈已经磨损应修复。
电友C：原因：1、安装不正。2、电机受力不均匀。3、电机功率不够。4、受本体或周边变频影响。
