故障现象：倒档很难挂进，且有明显的打齿声。
故障信息：启动发动机，踩下离合器静止5秒后挂入倒档；前进档均正常，检查排档杆及变速器连动机构均正常（无松旷和变形，换挡机构的V型架安装正常）。
故障分析：
1、离合器行程过小；
2、变速器内部齿轮故障；
3、V形架安装故障；
4、离合器分离不彻底（离合器压盘和离合器片烧蚀）。
排查方法：
1.先将离合器踏板行程调到，踩下离合器静止30秒（注解：如动力未彻底切断副轴常转也会导致挂倒档困难打齿，所以在挂倒档时要静止5秒以上）后挂倒档仍然难挂且有打齿声，但较之前效果明显好转；（如下图，将离合器行程调到）
2.检查离合器相关部件总泵和气路及连动机构均正常，如果变速器本身存在故障挂入倒档后行驶会有异响，但这台变速器只要挂入倒档后无任何异响可以正常使用所以排除内部齿轮，齿套故障和主箱控油板脱落故障；下图为控油板脱落故障：（会导致退不了倒档）
3.检查V形架的安装位置与工艺要求相符排除了该处故障；如果换档轴与V形架不平齐也会导致倒档挂不进且打齿。下图为正确安装图样（V形架与换档轴平齐）
4、离合器分离不彻底也会导致倒档无法进入且打齿，（分离不彻底，发动机的动力通过一轴传入副轴常转，而挂倒档时应静止）；前进档因为有同步器所以即使分离不彻底也不影响挂档，而倒档是齿套结合如分离不彻底会导致倒档无法进入，将问题锁定在离合器片和压盘，拆下压盘和离合片发现均烧蚀如下图：
解决方案：更换离合器压盘、从动盘。
