说到车辆润滑脂,卡车、客车轮毂轴承的应用是绕不开的话题,可现在,趋势正在发生改变,或许,不久的将来,咱们的3号锂基脂、2号极压复合锂就到了该退出市场的时候了。

轮毂的主要润滑部位是轮毂轴承,目前主要是润滑脂润滑,轮毂经历过几代的更新,现在的主流趋势是长寿命轮毂系统,如今的轮毂已是由多种金属铸件、轴承、润滑剂组成的模块化产物。

商用车轮毂,按用途可细分为驱动桥轮毂和半挂车、挂车轮毂。按位置可分为前桥轮毂、后桥轮毂。目前有2种长寿命的轮毂系统,一种是欧洲体系的一体式轴承单元,其主要技术特点是内外轴承同型号,轴承间距较窄,安装好以后轴头的拧紧螺母扭矩较大。这种型号主要以润滑脂润滑为主。还有一种是轮毂总成式,以美国为主,内外轴承可以不同型号,轴承间距较宽,可用润滑脂、半流体脂或油润滑。

车用售后润滑脂市场的萎缩也不是什么新话题,10年前就属于老声常谈了。上一次是乘用车行业,乘用轿车的轮毂轴承随着轮毂单元一体化以及润滑脂寿命的大幅度提高,轿车轮毂轴承基本上都是终生寿命的了,即使出车祸导致轮毂损坏也基本上是更换总成,这部分的润滑脂生意都在零部件工厂了,目前油脂公司的主要售后车辆润滑脂业务主要集中在卡车、客车和工程机械领域,而轮毂轴承则是其中最主要的应用部位。

可这次,卡车轮毂润滑脂也将发生大的变化!
