我国铁路货车轴承全部采用滚动轴承,滚动轴承的主要零件包括外圈、内圈、滚动体(通常称滚子)、保持架、密封和润滑脂等几部分,见图以上零件相互配合构成了一个统一的整体轴承,而任何一零件出现了质量问题都会直接影响轴承的运用状态。

引起轴承伤损失效的因素很多且错综复杂,工况条件(如载荷、速度、摩擦力、润滑等)、材料的组织结构、性能参数、表面状况及环境等都有重要的影响。但如果把这些因素归纳起来可以分为使用因素和制造因素。

1、使用因素是指与轴承的安装(如安装、配合、使用保养、维护修理等)和运用条件(气候环境、运行线路、车轮踏面情况、车辆动力学等)有关的因素;

2、制造因素是指与轴承的材质质量、制造工艺、产品设计等有关的因素。
