本文针对旋挖钻机比较常见的倾缸及加压油缸泄压问题进行分析论述。

一、故障现象:钻桅偏斜,动力头下滑,油缸锁不住。

二、原因分析:

油缸泄压通常有两部分原因:1、平衡阀内泄;2、油缸内泄;3、油缸外露。

三、排查方法:

1、观察油缸实际泄压情况,用记号笔标记油缸活塞杆位置,记录活塞杆单位时间变化的距离(参考标准:10小时泄露量小于5mm);标记倾缸时,使桅杆接近水平状态;标记加压油缸时,可标记动力头位置,也可以听声音,如加压油缸泄压,通常能听到动力头下滑的“咔咔”声响。

2、检查油缸外露:油缸往复运行五次以上,观察活塞杆上是否有油膜。进行油缸回缩憋压,观察油缸导向套位置是否有油渗出。(参考标准,完全看不到油迹。)

3、检查平衡阀,将连接平衡阀的液压油管全部拆除,如平衡阀油口不停地滴油,则说明平衡阀内泄。(参考标准:一分钟小于10滴)也可以将左右倾缸平衡阀油管都拆除,进行对比,更容易发现问题。

4、如平衡阀泄油状态良好,则需要检查是否为油缸内泄。将油缸回缩至极限位置,拆除油缸大腔液压油管(靠近大腔侧),继续回缩油缸,记录油管出油情况(参考标准:1ml/min,约15-20滴油)

说明:

a)测试平衡阀或油缸泄油时,记录稳定状态,前十秒元件有残油,不计。

b)如需拆卸平衡阀,先要保证油缸不力,结构件处于安全位置,必免油缸失控。

c)拆卸平衡阀前先拆阀座上的钢堵泄压。
