1、输出水量不足
故障原因：
①供水量不足，解决办法：
a.检查供水管有无损坏；
b. 检查供水压力是否达到0.5 MPa以上；
c. 检查进水过滤器是否堵塞，对过滤器进行反冲洗。
②液力端部件可能有损坏，解决办法：
a.检查吸水阀组、排水阀组有无杂质卡塞，导致阀关闭不严；
b. 检查吸水阀、排水阀及阀座有无磨损、损坏及变形；
c. 检查吸水弹簧、排水弹簧有无变形及损坏；
d. 检查吸水阀相关密封件有无损坏，密封是否可靠。
2、输出压力不足
故障原因：
① 同1，解决办法：
按1逐项进行检查。
② 组合密封磨损或损坏，解决办法：
更换柱塞组合密封。
③ 柱塞过度磨损，解决办法：
更换柱塞体。
④ 安全阀压力调节过低，解决办法：
调整安全阀的泄载压力。
3、输出压力呈明显脉动,水量明显减少或喷雾压力明显降低
故障原因：
①供水不足，解决办法：
按1逐项检查。
②吸水、排水阀组卡塞或损坏，解决办法：
a. 检查吸水、排水阀组（特别是吸水阀组）中是否有杂质卡塞，导致吸水阀、排水阀关闭不严或阀的动作周期不恒定；
b. 检查吸水、排水阀组各部件有无变形或损坏。
4、柱塞漏水
故障原因：
① 组合密封过度磨损，解决办法：
更换柱塞组合密密封。
② 柱塞过度磨损，解决办法：
更换柱塞体。
5、泵工作过程中有不正常声响
故障原因：
① 连杆轴瓦或柱塞销孔过度磨损，解决办法：
更换连杆组。
②轴承损坏，解决办法：
更换轴承。
6、柱塞漏油
故障原因：
柱塞油封损坏，解决办法：
更换柱塞油封。
7、驱动轴处漏油
故障原因：
压紧螺钉松动或轴O型密封圈损坏，解决办法：
调节压紧螺钉或更换O型密封圈。
