在柔性复合管生产车间设备上，有个非常重要但却在日常的巡检中往往会被忽视的组件，就是挤出机的弹性联轴器，它的使用寿命主要受工作环境、负载情况、安装和维护等因素的影响。
注：图中红框中的就是联轴器，被黄色防护罩保护着，这个防护罩已经做了镂空处理，能够方便观察到联轴器的状态，有些设备的防护罩就是一个铁皮罩，很难看到里面联轴器的状态。
一、使用寿命的影响因素
1、工作环境：温度、湿度和腐蚀性介质都会影响联轴器的使用寿命。高温可能导致弹性元件老化，低温可能使材料变脆，潮湿和腐蚀性环境会加速联轴器的腐蚀和损坏。
2、负载情况：长期承受过大的扭矩、突然的冲击载荷和高转速都会导致联轴器部件的疲劳损伤，缩短其使用寿命。
3、安装和维护：安装精度、润滑保养和定期检查对联轴器的寿命有重要影响。安装时两轴的同轴度偏差过大，会导致联轴器在运行过程中产生附加载荷，增加磨损和振动，从而缩短其使用寿命。
二、维护保养方法
1、日常检查：定期检查联轴器的外观，查看是否有裂纹、变形、腐蚀等异常情况。检查柱销的磨损情况，观察柱销表面是否光滑，有无明显的磨损痕迹。如发现问题，应及时处理。
2、润滑保养：对联轴器进行适当的润滑可以减少磨损，延长使用寿命。根据联轴器的使用环境和工作条件，选择合适的润滑剂，并定期添加润滑剂，保持联轴器的良好润滑状态。
3、清洁维护：保持联轴器的清洁，定期清除表面的灰尘、油污等杂质。可以使用干净的抹布或清洁剂进行清洁，但要注意不要损坏联轴器的表面。
4、储存管理：若联轴器长时间不使用，应妥善储存。将联轴器存放在干燥、通风的地方，避免阳光直射和潮湿环境。在储存前可以对联轴器进行清洁和润滑处理，并做好防护措施，防止联轴器生锈和损坏。
通过以上维护保养措施，可以有效延长弹性联轴器的使用寿命，确保其正常运行和高效工作。
