下站防断轴故障
该索道为双承载单牵引往复式索道，2018年8月投入运营。
某日下午，索道正常启动时，按下“启动准备开”按钮后，出现下站防断轴；随即对防断轴触断针进行了检查，发现触断针正常、接触良好；复位后正常运行，索道运行一天后重复出现此故障。
处理过程
1.对防断轴触断针进行检查；发现触断针正常；
2.第一反应可能是PLC误故障，对PLC进行了重启，故障还是间断性出现；
3.通讯电缆接线端子，端子紧固无锈蚀；防雷开关工作正常；
4.检查PLC电源，电源电压正常；
5.检查该故障回路继电器，继电器正常；
6.再次检查触断针，发现防断轴检测板的圆孔较小、距触断针间隙约1mm左右；
7.怀疑此故障可能是因为，在索道运行中产生的震动导致触断针接地引起的。
分析
1.该索道采用重锤张紧，由于导向轮与导轨间隙比较大；
2.该索道全线总长740米，全线设置一个夹索器；在运行时重锤箱移动幅度较大；
3.故障点检测板开孔较小。
结论
定期对触断针开关进行功能测试。
