回转支承是起重机的重要“关节”，它的保养非常重要，下面教你用四步保养回转支承。
1、检查回转支承的螺栓
起重机每次工作之前或者至少每周一次，检查回转支承上的螺栓；回转支承首次工作100个工作小时后，应检查螺栓是否松动，第300个工作小时再检查一次；以后每500个工作小时检查一次；恶劣工况要缩短检查间隔。
更换螺栓时，先将螺栓擦拭干净，涂上螺纹紧固胶后进行拧紧；定期检查紧固螺栓，可避免螺栓疲劳破坏的危险。
检查中若发现螺栓松动，请停止施工作业，并立即与当地售后服务工程师进行联系，由专业人员进行检查，决定是否立即进行拆卸、检查处理。
2、回转支承的常规检查
定期检查回转的灵活性，如发现噪音、冲击，应立即停机检查、排除故障，必要时请联系当地服务工程师进行拆检。
定期检查回转齿圈是否有裂纹或破损，啮合齿面有无咬合、啃切、齿面剥落等现象。
定期检查密封的完好情况，如果发现密封带破损应及时更换，如发现脱落应及时复位。
3、润滑回转支承的齿面
及时给回转支承齿圈涂上防锈油。
在使用设备时严防较硬异物接近或进入齿啮合区。
4、润滑回转支承的滚道
滚道必须根据工作环境定期加注润滑油脂。设备在长时间放置之前和之后，回转支承都必须注满油脂。
如果使用蒸汽喷射清洁器或固定喷水器清洁起重机，必须小心以确保水不会渗入回转支承连接，随后必须润滑回转支承连接。
特殊工作环境，如热带、湿度大、灰尘多、温度变化大以及连续工作时，应缩短润滑周期。
加注油脂应在回转支承缓慢转动的情况下进行，当润滑油脂从封条里溢出时说明加注完成，溢出的油脂会形成一层薄膜，起密封的作用。
