旋转松动

轴承磨损可能会导致出现旋转松动。首先会检测到轴承磨损现象，然后才出现轴承松动。

特征：径向1X谐波(严重时出现0.5X谐波)。
轴颈(轴套)和滚动轴承(轴承松动)间如果出现过量余隙，则会产生1X谐波，有时甚至能扩展到10X。
过大的滑动轴承游隙可能会产生后面所示的0.5X谐波，有时甚至会产生 1/3阶的谐波。他们通常被称为半阶分量或次谐波。产生的主要原因是磨擦或严重的冲击作用。
结构松动
1 原理
机器与地基之间的松动会使最小刚性方向上的1X振动升高。这通常是在水平方向上，同时还取决于机器的安装和布局方式。

特征：水平方向上1X波峰。
机器和它的基础之间出现松动，在刚性比较弱的地方就会出现1X振动，这通常发生在水平方向上，但有时也要根据实际情况确定。如果松动严重，往往会产生低阶1X谐波，很难分辨是不平衡、基础松动或者是柔性化，特别是在垂直安装的机器上。
如果水平方向1X振动比垂直方向上的1X振动振幅大得多，很可能就是松动所致。如果水平方向1X振动比垂直方向上的IX振动振幅小或相等，那么出现不平衡的可能性就比较大。基础松动或基础柔性化是紧固连接件的螺栓松动、腐蚀或裂纹所致。需要注意的是，如果机器安装基础的弹性比较强，其径向比轴向的振动要强得多。在这种情况下，相位可以作为辅助识别手段。
轴承座松动

轴承座松动一般是指轴承座与地基连接的螺栓出现松动。

特征：径向1X、2X和3X波峰。
频谱上显示1X、2X和3X处有振动分量，但通常没有其他谐波，在严重的情况下还会有0.5X的波峰。
如果轴承和基础间有180°的相位差，则轴承座有可能松动。因此，相位差可以用来辅助识别这类故障。
