（一）设备的巡检内容:
1、一般的"跑'冒'滴'漏"问题；
2、检查设备的基本仪表参数是否正常,如:压力、电流、温度、流量、振动、油位等；
3、重要设备的连接部分检查:如减速机的联轴器，以及减速机的声音，润滑油的位置和润滑油的油脂情况，减速机的底脚螺栓是否松动等；
4、有无违规操作情况；
5、设备交接班的情况了解。
（二）对于动、静设备的具体巡检内容：
对于动设备：
1、采取一看、二听、三触摸等检查手段；
2、一看：看其运行状况及相关指示仪表的状态显示（压力、温度、油位、电流等）；
3、二听：听其运转声音，是否有异常的声响；
4、三触摸：感觉设备运转的振动情况是否异常，可结合相关的测量仪器等（测振仪）。
对于静设备：
1、主要是检查其外观；
2、连接部件的完好性；
3、相关仪表（现场一次表）的运行情况；
4、跑、冒、滴、漏等情况。
动静设备巡检的不同之处：
静设备：简单说就是看与平时有什么不一样的，可能通过一个很小的异点就能发现一个事故隐患。
动设备：主要听一听声音与平时有什么不一样，在岗位呆时间长了都明白这一点很容易办到，因为天天听对设备正常运行的声音非常熟悉，一旦运转有问题声音肯定不一样。还有要看看润滑油位，看看轴承几个主要控制点的温度（可经常与集控室联系进行确认）。
