一、高速角铣头使用方法
铣头安装在机床主轴上，带动铣刀旋转进行作业，所以操作人员在使用时要检查机器是否运行良好，准备的仪表，工具等是否是完好的。工作人员要保证它们是紧紧固定在机器上的。除此之外，还要看一下各部油位及各油标里面有没有充足的油量，没有的话要记得添满。
操作人员应该要保持良好的操作习惯，例如在操作时机器上的转动部分不能存放工具，量具或其他的使用用品，穿着合身的工作装，并且扎紧袖口，对于女士来说是留短发，避免操作时遮挡视线，机床安上铣头后刀具旋转中心线可以与主轴旋转中心线成角度加工工件。
二、维护与保养
机器内的油量应保持充足，如有不足时，将注油孔螺帽松开，由注油孔添加油量。校正：当万向铣头的主轴间隙过大时，请将主轴后盖螺丝松开，取下主轴后盖，便可见主轴调整螺帽，调整螺帽的松紧度，即可修下主轴间隙，应用范围广，不仅能加工简单的型面，对于复杂型面其也可操作加工，且具有较高的效率。
三、高速铣头属于机床上的动力部件，可以使机床完成铣削、钻削等工序，为了能够安全的使用，需要我们注意以下事项：
1、操作人员禁止戴手套操作。
2、检查机床保险螺丝及销子有无松动，外露的传动部位有保护罩，工具、量具不能放在转动部位上。操作过程中需要注意自身安全，注意不要碰到或擦到，如果中途离开，一定要将机床关闭后再离开。
铣削需要进刀时，要先将铣削动力头的夹紧手柄松开，再按铣削的要求进刀，进刀完成后重新夹紧铣头。要注意定期检查油泵的供油状态，不要等油镜无油时再注油。
四、工作原理：
1、该铣头的铣刀轴可以在水平和垂直两个平面内进行回转，运转的时候各个刀齿会依次铣削工件的余量，可以使铣床完成平面、台阶、沟槽等操作。
2、主轴是在相互垂直的回转面进行回转，可以对工件的各种角度进行多面、多棱或多槽的铣削，可以完成复杂的铣削工序。
3、铣上的滑枕端面，可以任意角度完成钻、铣、镗加工，而铣头与铣床的连接是使用的过渡连接垫，是根据铣床上的接口尺寸定做的。
